Last week, was the week of pumpkins. Addie had a preschool field trip to the Black Island Farm Pumpkin patch and corn maze. We had so much fun taking our Hayride around the farm and learning about all the things they grow there. Addie was so excitied to not only pick the perfect pumpkin, but a great carrot and onion as well. The farm also has a wonderful courtyard full of activities a pumpkin bounce house, potatoe sack slides, cow train, and pig races. Addie and Jake were very mad at mom when it was time to go.
Our Second pumpkin patch was at J&J Garden Center. Every year they give out free tickets to get a fun hayride and free pumpkin. Addie was so excitied to get to go to another Pumpkin Patch and Jake love watching the big wheels on the tractor. We can't wait to make Jack-o-lanterns out of our little orange friends.
