Our last day we drove into Lahina to show the kids the Largest banyan Tree in the US...It's pretty cool. Pic of Mom and her to little nuggets of joy on the beach.
Family pics in front of Rainbow Eucalyptus trees.
Playing in the warm Maui rain. Jake thoroughly enjoyed his soaking...he was literally giddy with delight.

Family photo at our visit to the grave of Charles Limbergh (noted aviator).
Great banyan tree in front of the church were Limbergh is buried.
Enjoying awesome Thai food...I mean..awesome!! Pranna, cooks on Sundays and mondays only, starting at 11am until the food is gone...so you better come early.
.
My view every morning from the family room in the Hana House. We picked our own bannanas, star fruit, guava, lilly coi, limes, and lemons. Yummy...we also enjoyed the best papaya and avacodoes I have ever had...fresh picked from a neighbors yard.

Wianapanapa State Park

Just down the road from the Hana house is an awesome state park with a black sand beach, blow hole, and caves where a legendary Hawaiian princess hid to escape an unwanted marraige.

Hamoa Beach

Hamoa Beach is a great black sand beach...with good surf to do a little body surfing. And of course enough sand for the kiddos to dig to there hearts content.
