Easter Pictures

We had a really hard time getting the kids to cooperate with Easter pictures this year. Nobody wanted to look at the camera of smile at the sametime...oh Welll....Here is a few of the shots we got.

More fun with cousin's

We had a blast with Erica last week. It was so fun to get together. One of our outtings was to Discovery Gateway. Addie was so cute at the news desk...She found the mic and just started gabbering away and hamming it up. I wish I had had a video camera. Although the little boy that joined her at the desk, doesn't seem as impressed as I was.
Some of her other favorites were the helicopter ( once her nerves about it taking off subsided) , The play house, The horse, the cars, and of course the hand dryer by the water station. She would get a little cup of water and take it over to the dryer...turn it on...and laugh as the water blew in her face. Too funny! We also had fun coloring Easter Eggs one night.

Hoogle Zoo

We went to the Zoo today with about a bizillion other people. I have to admit it was perfect weather to go...so I can't blame all those other people for being there too. I didn't get many pics....what with trying to keep track of all of our little animals. ( One Addie monkey in particular...thought she could just run around where ever she wanted) Regardless, I think our outting was a big success. We saw lots of fun animals and even got to pet a snake. Addie liked the giraffe's, monkey's, and her ride on "Thomas" (the train at the zoo) Jake was a happy, smiley guy as always. All the kids left happy and exhausted...let's hope they sleep well for there equally if not more exhausted Mommy's tonight!

Bye, Bye Binky and other randomness

So, we finally mailed Addie's binky's to the Binky Fairy. She is a the whimsical creature that gives binky's that big girls no longer need (or at least their parents think they no longer need...because if you talk to the big girl she isn't so sure) to little babies that need them. The Binky Fairy is great. You mail her your binky's and then she mails you back a big suprise. Addie got a Mickey Mouse video which she adores. However, she doesn't love sleeping without her number 1 comforter. But trauma we encouter at nap time and bedtime is slowly diminishing...so one can only hope that in the near future sleeptime will be drama free.
Random...cute photos...Jake is creeping right along and about ready to take off crawling like a mad man. He just needs a little motivation like your cell phone on the floor to get him going. He is quite the little chow hound and I swear already has a hollow leg. I doubt that I will ever be able to keep my fridge stocked when he is a teenager.
